What is Pomodoro Timer?

Pomodoro Timer helps you focus using the Pomodoro Technique: work for 25 minutes, take a 5-minute break, and after four sessions enjoy a longer 15-minute break. A progress ring, sound alerts and an optional desktop notification keep you on track.

The method, developed by Francesco Cirillo, beats procrastination by breaking work into manageable sprints with regular rest. Customize all durations, auto-start the next session, and see how many focus sessions you’ve completed today.
