What is Image to PDF?
Image to PDF turns your photos and pictures into a single PDF document. It accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and more, lets you arrange the order, and gives you control over page size, orientation and margins.
It’s the quickest way to turn phone photos of documents, receipts or handwritten notes into a proper PDF you can email or upload to an official portal. Images are processed on your device and never uploaded, and photos taken on phones are automatically rotated the right way.
How to use Image to PDF
Get it done in 4 simple steps — no installation or account needed.
- Click the upload area or drop your images — you can select many at once.
- Reorder them with the arrow buttons; each image becomes one page.
- Choose a page size, orientation and margin. “Fit to image” makes each page exactly the size of its picture.
- Click “Create PDF” and your document downloads immediately.
Limitations & supported browsers
Works in the latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari (Mac, iPhone and iPad) and Samsung Internet. Because processing happens on your device, speed and maximum file size depend on your device’s memory.
- HEIC/HEIF photos only open in Safari. On other browsers, convert them to JPG first (most phones can share photos as JPG).
- Animated GIFs use only their first frame.
- Non-PNG images are re-encoded as high-quality JPG so phone photos appear the right way up; this can slightly change file size.

Image to PDF — frequently asked questions
How many images can I convert at once?
As many as your device can handle — dozens of photos work comfortably on modern phones and computers.
Why does my photo appear sideways in other tools?
Phone cameras store rotation as metadata. This tool applies that rotation before building the PDF, so pages appear upright.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Everything is processed locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your files never leave your device, and nothing is stored on our side.
What does “Fit to image” page size mean?
Each PDF page takes the exact size of its image, so there are no borders or scaling.
